On the sidelines of the ‘Invest Rajasthan Summit 2022’ being held in Jaipur, DICCI Rajasthan Chapter conducted its Annual Chapter Meet 2022 at Yojana Bhawan, Jaipur on 07 October 2022.
The Rajasthan Chapter leadership received Padma Shri Dr. Milind Kamble, Founder-Chairman, DICCI as the Chief Guest. Dr. O P Bairwa (IAS), Director & Joint Secretary DES, Govt. of Rajasthan and Mr. Sanjiv Dangi, National Vice President, DICCI graced the meeting as Guests of Honour along with Special Guests – Mr. R. K. Aarmeria, Additional Director Industry, Mr. C. B. Naval, Joint Director, Industry, Govt. of Rajasthan and Mr. C L Chitra Coordinator Jodhpur Division.
Dr. Kamble congratulated the Rajasthan Chapter under the abled leadership of Dr. Ankit Anand for the work done by DICCI Rajasthan Chapter during his tenure and especially for the development of a model policy for SC-ST entrepreneurship development in the State of Rajasthan. The suggestions were incorporated as ‘Dr B R Ambedkar SC/ST Entrepreneurship Promotion Special Package’ under RIPS-2019 scheme. In the subsequent budget announcement it took shape of a policy as ‘Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Rajasthan Dalit, Aadivasi Udhyam Protsahan Yojana -2022’. Mr. R. K. Aarmeria and Mr. C. B. Naval shared the details of the new policy and its road map for the development of SC-ST entrepreneurship.
Mr. Sanjiv Dangi proposed Mr. Ankit Baberwal’s name for Chapter President, Mr. Dev Godha as Senior Vice President, Mr. Nimesh Baba as Next-Gen Vertical Head, Mr. K L Enkhia as State Railway Vertical Head to Chairman. Dr. Kamble happily accepted the recommendations and congratulated the new team, which is subject to the endorsement at the next National Council Meeting.
