SC-ST Youth to converge ideas, leadership, co-create and influence India’s future. As an integral part of the Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DICCI), a non-government, not-for-profit, industry led and industry managed organisation playing a proactive role in India’s inclusive development process.
- DICCI NextGen has created a platform for young SCST entrepreneurs and youth underage of 35 years, to work towards realising a dream of an equitable and developed nation.
- DNG hopes to emerge as the premier SCST youth organisation having a voice on relevant platforms that works towards solving the problem of disadvantaged sections.
- DNG grooms its members for the offices of significance and also enables Indian youth to converge, collaborate and co-create using an emerging and expanding digitally enabled network.

DNG engages its members under its initiative Catch Them Young (CTY) in education, environment, health care, employability, arts, sports, culture, rural initiatives, accessibility & disaster management contributing positively to its surrounding ecosystem and the nation.
DNG engages its members through a Contributory Movement of Constructive Action, Collaborative Reasoning and Collective Voice, conducts learning sessions with industry experts to impart experiential learning through interactions and discussions.
DNG organises its Annual Flagship Summit Take Pride to come together as one and celebrate achievements, brainstorm over the future roadmap, share and showcase the effort of its membership.
DICCI NextGen intends to become a larger movement of SC-ST young entrepreneurs and youth with a conviction in Together We Can.
