Dr. Milind Prahlad Kamble is a civil engineer, entrepreneur, policymaker, and founder chairman of the Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI).

DICCI is the first Indian industry chamber working to promote business leadership in the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities of India. It promotes the concept of, fight caste with capital, with the motto – “Be job givers, not job seekers”.

Today DICCI has more than 10,000 members who are self-made entrepreneurs and provide direct/indirect employment to thousands of people.

Dr. Milind Kamble is the recipient of Padma Shri in 2013 and many more awards for his path-breaking work in social engineering. Currently, he is the Founder Chairman: Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI)
