On the 18th September 2020 DICCI team Visited Ambadwe Village (Ratnagiri) which was affected by Nisarg Cyclone in June 2020. Which we adopted on 13th June 2020.
We have decided to Start two projects in the village.
1. Agabatti Manufacturing
2. Handkerchief making by all 80 Households of the village within three Months period. These projects will be inaugurated in January 2021.
KVIC Team Headed By Mr. Sanjay Hedao, Deputy CEO KVIC, Mr. A L Meena, Director Maharashtra, and other office-bearers. KVIC gave a detailed presentation on PMEGP to become self-reliant- Atma Nirbhar.
Mr.Hedao has given consent to sanction 80 Proposals under PMEGP and will extend a 35% Subsidy for each unit.
Prof. Sanjay Khobragade of DBATU assured about the Technical training Programme through the Entrepreneurship Development and Incubation Center of DBATU at Lonare, Mahad.
Mr.Azharuddin Sande, Manager BoB, Mandangad Branch has assured us to fund all 80 proposals.
Sh. Naresh Sakpal is coordinating the Project on behalf of Ambadwe Village.

Further to the visit of DICCI Leadership team to USA, UK & UAE and continued engagement with DICCI International chapters and partners to enable our members export/Import to various countries and we have singned MoU with various partners in these countires.

As part of the MoUs we intend to enable our members for both Exports and Imports

As a starting point
1. We are conducting a survey to understand the KEY CHALLENGES IN EXPORT & IMPORT FOR SMEs to develop a holistic SME representation to various stake holders to overcome the same.
2. Expression of interest for Export and Imports with specific products.

Request our Members to participate in the survey to present the same to our various stake holders for a outcome based action.
